Launch EPUSH Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EPUSH, provided by Shenzhen Aixingjie Technology Co., Ltd. By using EPUSH, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

EPUSH is a software service that connects to your Amazon seller account via SP-API to help create, update, translate, and price product listings—as described on our SP-API roles page. This version requests only the Product Listing and Pricing roles. We do not access Amazon buyer PII, orders, or buyer messages. We do not guarantee Amazon account approval, sales performance, or marketplace policy compliance—that remains your responsibility.

2. Account & Authorization

You must be an authorized Amazon selling partner, provide accurate registration information, and maintain the security of your credentials. You authorize EPUSH to access Amazon listing and pricing data only through the SP-API roles you approve. You may revoke access at any time through Amazon Seller Central or by contacting us. After revocation we stop new SP-API calls and delete stored tokens as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Fees & Payment

Paid plans, pay-as-you-go features (including usage-based fees such as AI listing review), and account balance top-ups are billed via WeChat Pay in CNY as described on our pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable. However, if the service is found to be materially defective and cannot be fixed within 7 days of reporting, we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion. We may change pricing with notice on our website.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse EPUSH, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service in violation of Amazon policies (including the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy), applicable laws, or our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for listing content you submit to Amazon. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

EPUSH software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your store data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

EPUSH is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We shall not be liable for any downtime or errors caused by third-party services, including but not limited to Amazon SP-API outages, changes in Amazon's policies or API specifications, or network interruptions outside of our reasonable control. You remain responsible for compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and for verifying listing outcomes in Seller Central.

7. Termination

You may stop using EPUSH and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or Amazon policies. Upon termination, we delete stored tokens and listing data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of EPUSH shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
